The coach’s job is to ask the right questions, encourage creativity, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.

Therapy focuses on the past and present, helps you heal from emotional pain, trauma, or mental health challenges. A therapist provides support and tools to help you understand and work through deep-seated issues.

Mentoring focuses on sharing knowledge and experience. A mentor is someone more experienced who guides and advises you based on their own journey.

Consulting focuses on solving specific problems or improving processes. A consultant is an expert who gives advice, solutions, and strategies based on their knowledge.
